These pictures whose authors we do not know, were found on the US Library of Congress website, via Answers.com. It's strange that the Library of Congress does more for us to learn about the recent history of Bucharest than any museum or similar initiative in Romania. As far as we're concerned we will not stop looking for documents related to the history of the city, no matter what. Here are some interesting facts about Romania under communism.
